I am an ardent lover of Indian Classical Music. I learnt Carnatic Music for over 10 years. My exposure to Carnatic Music started at around the age of 10.My mother is a good singer and my father adores music. My mother was initially teaching me devotional songs and she noticed that I have a good voice. She sent me to the music classes. Within a year I appeared for the Music Junior Exam at Bangalore. I passed it with a distinction. I just didn't want to stop here and I decided to learn more. I learnt for another 4 years. Now I appeared for the Music Senior Exam at Bangalore. This time also I passed with flying colors. Even now I am learning something new day by day.

I am really thankful to my parents for giving me a wonderful gift.

I listen and sing to all kinds of Indian Film Songs. But I am a great fan of Kishore Kumar,Lata Mangeshkar and R.D. Burman.

These are some photos of mine while performing on stage.

I have a great passion for cooking! I don't claim to be a great cook. But I enjoy cooking and my husband like what I cook(i guess he'd better!!!). I am a strict vegetarian(I am proud of being one too!).

I love to swim. To say I swim well but I am not a Olympiad Champion!! I enjoy swimming(only in summer).

I have travelled many places around the world and I love it. To name a few Singapore, Malaysia(Asia),New York,Tampa and Orlando(Florida), Niagara Falls,Cleveland,Pittsburgh,Washington DC(all these are in USA), Simla, Kanyakumari, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Rishikesh, Hardwar (all these are in India) and so on........ The list is very long. Anyway I'll cut short here else this page is not enough!
